At QualGear, Quality is our first name. Every product we sell is backed by rigorous testing and our commitment to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in original, undamaged packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and inserts included.
Returns Eligibility
We take pride in the craftsmanship and reliability of every QualGear product. To maintain our standards, returned products must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition

Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Product must include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by our customer support team
Please note: Products returned without an RMA may be delayed or denied a refund.
Our Triple-Layer Quality Inspection
Each QualGear product undergoes:

Factory inspection during production or assembly

Third-party quality control audit after production

Final inspection by our U.S.-based QualGear team upon arrival at our Dallas-metro distribution center in Anna, Texas

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Request an RMA number and shipping instructions

Securely package your item and send it to the return address provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you by email

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping and Handling

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
