SIGPRO Softy Hitting Strip

The SIGPRO Softy Hitting Strip is a soft, fairway-style turf insert sold on its own, for golfers replacing the strip in a SIGPRO golf mat and DIYers building a hitting surface into a subfloor. Its design goal is realistic fairway feel, without the sharp vibrations other hitting mats produce.

The construction is layered. A plush 1 in / 2.5 cm layer of Teeline turf mimics real grass and gives clear feedback on strikes and mishits; underneath, a super-soft foam insert cushions the blow, while a thin, responsive ABS polyurethane layer flexes at impact and returns the turf to shape. Three compression slots on the underside act as release valves, dissipating air pressure for a smooth follow-through. You can play from a real golf tee at your preferred height, and ball flight aligns with launch monitor data. The strip measures 28 x 12 x 2.375 in / 71.1 x 30.5 x 6 cm and weighs 4 lb / 1.8 kg.
