Every pipe drop starts at the structure. This flat ceiling adapter anchors a Pro-AV projector drop to a single wood joist, structural wood, or structural concrete, accepts all standard 1.5-in NPT threaded pipes, and is rated for installations up to 80 lb / 36 kg.

High-grade cold rolled steel with a scratch-resistant epoxy powder coat carries the load, and the included decorative plastic cover finishes the ceiling plate. At 1.6 lb / 0.7 kg, the adapter is the fixed anchor point the rest of the drop threads into.
